NCAA Rule Changes?

The NCAA has always been against making money off the players names, through any form. They soon may be changing this rule, allowing people to do things with the names of the players, and likeness of each player. This may even allow the games to come back for both Basketball and Football, both of which were beloved franchises, but eventually were discontinued due to this rule. Overall this is a big change, that will satisfy may people including the players.
