In their first playoff game, the Hopewell Blue Devils played against the IC Norcom Greyhounds. Elvin Edmonds led the way with 17 points, 4 assists, and 8 rebounds. His defense also helped keep the Blue Devils on the fast break, with 6 steals. Dennard Hutchinson had 16 points, and 9 rebounds in his effort. Kaleb Coleman had 15 points, and 4 rebounds. The team benefitted from his ability to draw fouls in this game. Cartier Strickland had 15 points in this game. Hopewell got the win over Norcom, and will advance to the next round.
