Hopewell vs Petersburg (Girls' Basketball)

In their latest matchup, the Hopewell Blue Devils play against the Petersburg Crimson Wave. Takiyah Purcell led the way with 21 points, and 6 rebounds. Madison Tolbert had 13 points, 4 assists, and 4 rebounds. Those two played phenomenal defense, with a combined 10 steals. Bobby White had a near double-double with 9 points, and 7 rebounds in her strong effort. Due to the way these ladies played as a team, they were able to get another win in blowout fashion. The Lady Blue Devils beat the Lady Wave 57-21. They are now 7-4 on the season. Hopewell will travel to Dinwiddie tomorrow to play their next game.
