Hopewell vs IC Norcom (Girls' Basketball)

In the first playoff game of the season, the Hopewell Lady Blue Devils faced off against the IC Norcom Lady Greyhounds. Madison Tolbert led the way with 18 points, 3 assists, and 4 rebounds. Takiyah Purcell followed with 17 points, and 9 rebounds. Bobbie White had 11 points, and 7 rebounds. Ariel Green had 6 points, 5 assists, and 6 rebounds. All four of these girls played great defensively. They put together a total of 10 steals, and 3 blocks. Their defense was a key reason for their success in this game. The result of this game was Hopewell getting the win over IC Norcom 61-32.
