In the final of the Tri-City Holiday Classic Tournament, the Hopewell Blue Devils faced off against the Hermitage Panthers. Randall Richardson led the way with 16 points, and 5 rebounds. Elvin Edmonds had 12 points, 3 assists, and 5 rebounds. Dennard Hutchinson also played a role in this game. He had 8 points, and 6 rebounds in a strong effort. Unfortunately though, Hermitage outscored Hopewell 62-50, and finished in first place. The Blue Devils were awarded for their second place finish in the Tri-City Holiday Classic. Hopewell will go into their next game against Thomas Dale with a 6-2 record.
