Yesterday, the North Carolina Tar Heels faced off against an underrated Michigan team. This game was a tough one for the Tar Heels. Due to lack of defense, and inefficient shooting, they would be down big early in the second half. They would try to rally back, but were unable to do so. Cole Anthony would lead the team in points (22 on 47% shooting), and steals (2), but his efforts weren’t enough to stop the bleeding. Tar Heels would lose to a well-coached Michigan team. End score would be 73-64. Juwan Howard, and his team deserves a lot of credit in this win, coming in unranked. Hopefully, North Carolina will fix things for when they play Oregon today.
