In their matchup yesterday, the North Carolina Tar Heels played against the Yale Bulldogs. Coming fresh off a win against UCLA, the Tar Heels would be looking to get a streak going. Brandon Robinson had a big game. He had 20 points, 3 assists, and 3 rebounds. Robinson was also able to make 5 three-pointers. Garrison Brooks had a double-double. He scored 11 points, and grabbed 11 rebounds. That also went along with his 2 assists. Justin Pierce had 14 points, 1 assist, and 7 rebounds in his effort. Many other players contributed in this game. North Carolina was able to win this game with the score being 70-67. They move to 8-5 on the season, and they will play against Georgia Tech on the 4th. Roy Williams hit a huge milestone in his career after getting the win. He has now tied former North Carolina coach, Dean Smith in wins. I am sure Coach Roy Williams looks forward to many more wins.
