How Did The Cowboys Fare In Week 3?

The Dallas Cowboys played the Miami Dolphins in one-sided match-up at home. In the first half the Cowboys really seemed to disappoint, playing down to the opponent. The defense only gave up field goals, but I was expecting more on both sides. Dak struggled a bit, especially on one throw. On this particular play he had plenty of time to make a decision, but threw in to coverage. This resulted in an interception, his second on the season. Out of all throws this was probably his first bad one. When the Cowboys came out in the second half though, they were a totally different team. They were able to connect on all plays. This great second half play led to two of the RBs (Ezekiel Elliott, and Tony Pollard) to rush for over 100 yards. The first time by a Cowboys duo in over 20 years. The Defense also did their part in the second half, allowing 0 points to be scored. This is a great start to the season, being Jason Garrett’s first 3-0 start. I have high expectations for this team against the Saints, who don’t have veteran QB Drew Brees. I hope we can make it 4-0 on the season.
