Last night, the Miami Hurricanes played against the Florida International Panthers. This game would be a really slow one for the Canes. They were unable to get much going offensively. The only thing that seemed to work was the running game. RPOs were called early, and often. These plays resulted in three interceptions. On the defensive side, things were going well until they got tired. The inefficient offense was the reason for this. Things would not really get going, until it was too late. Multiple empty trips to the red zone is never a good thing. On this empty trips, we would have two chances to kick a field goal, but would decide against us. This would come to bite us when we lost 30-24. Changes need to be made at the offensive coordinator position. Dan Enos decided to repeat plays that didn’t work, and also not using the other team's weaknesses are a bad sign. I hope things change for the better in the long run. Miami will play against Duke next week.
