Wednesday, the Los Angeles Lakers played against the New Orleans Pelicans. This would be Anthony Davis’s first game playing against his former team. He would have a tremendous game setting the record for the most points against a player’s former team. He would have 41 points, 1 assist, and 9 rebounds. He would be great defensively as well. A highlight play on that end would be his steal on the inbound at the very end of the game. LeBron James would play a great game as well. He would find his way to 29 points, 11 assists, and 5 rebounds. Coming off the bench, Kyle Kuzma and Dwight Howard would help in their respective roles. Kuzma would score 16 points, while dishing 2 assists, and grabbing 5 boards. Dwight Howard would have 9 points, and 7 rebounds. With everyone working well together, the Lakers would go on to win this game. They beat the Pelicans 114-110, and will play the Wizards next.
